This agreement covers:
- Your music (songs, EPs, albums)
- Music videos and visuals
- Live shows and bookings
- Merchandise (shirts, CDs, etc.)
- Endorsements and brand deals

✅ CONTRACT OPTIONS & FUNDING STRUCTURE
Option A:
Who Pays for Production: Artist (100%)
Contract Duration: 1 Year
Who Owns the Song: Artist
Music Earnings: Artist 90% Label 10%
Show Earnings: Artist 80% Label 20%
Option B:
Who Pays for Production: Artist & Label (50/50)
Contract Duration: 3 Years
Who Owns the Song: Shared (50/50)
Music Earnings: Artist 60% Label 40%
Show Earnings: Artist 70% Label 30%
Option C:
Who Pays for Production: Label (100%)
Contract Duration: 6 Years
Who Owns the Song: Label
Music Earnings: Artist 30% Label 70%
Show Earnings: Artist 40% Label 60%
✅ SHOWS & LIVE PERFORMANCES
- For shows booked by the Label, income is split based on the table above.
- For self-booked shows that promote Label-funded music, the Label gets 30%.
- Label must approve all logistics for shows (travel, media, rehearsals).
✅ ENDORSEMENTS & BRAND DEALS
Any endorsement (e.g. brand ads, sponsorships) signed during this contract is shared as follows:
If the Label brings the deal:
- Label: 70% / Artist: 30%
If Artist brings the deal using Label-supported fame or songs:
- Label: 50% / Artist: 50%
Label has full power to approve or reject any deal that may affect the Artist’s public image or conflict with existing campaigns.
✅ MERCHANDISE (T-Shirts, CDs, etc.)
- All merchandise from Label-funded projects is owned by the Label.
- Label handles production, delivery, and sales.
Earnings from Label-funded merch:
- Label: 80% / Artist: 20%
If Artist creates merch using project name or image:
- Label gets 30% royalty
✅ HOW YOU GET PAID
- The Label collects all income (from streaming, shows, YouTube, merch, etc.)
- Artists are paid every 3 months
- Each payment comes with a full breakdown (statement)
✅ CONTRACT LENGTH & EXIT RULES

✅ ARTIST’S RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend all studio sessions, interviews, shows, and media events
- Promote all Label-supported projects
- Avoid signing or promoting outside labels during contract
- Respect all terms and branding guidelines
✅ LABEL’S RESPONSIBILITIES
- Fund and manage production (Plan B/C)
- Book shows and seek endorsement deals
- Distribute your music professionally
- Pay you your share with full financial reports
✅ LEGAL & DISPUTES
- This contract is protected by the laws of Nigeria
- Any problems must go through mediation or arbitration first
